Sippewissett Association

Sippewissett is a section of Falmouth, Massachusetts located along the eastern shore of Buzzards Bay extending roughly from Quissett Ave. to Palmer Ave.

The Sippewissett Association was incorporated in 1969 by a group of landowners with a shared interest in preserving the natural attributes of the area.

Sippewissett Association activities revolve around its charter to:

  • protect and foster the interests of landowners of the Sippewissett region of the Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts
  • promote and encourage cooperation among such landowners in order to ensure that the future development of the Sippewissett region shall be in keeping with its residential zoning restrictions
  • protect and prevent the misuse of public and common areas in the Sippewissett region.

If you have concerns germane to our charter please contact us. We may be able to provide useful background information.
